Effective July 16, 2026Verstoa ("Verstoa," "we," "us") operates verstoa.com. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect and what we don't. We collect as little as possible — it's consistent with how we build.
What we collect.
If you email us. The Contact link opens your own email client and sends a message to us. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Automatically, as you browse. Our host, Squarespace, records standard technical and aggregate analytics data — things like pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie policy). This is used to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how it's used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
What we do not collect. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or on-site forms on verstoa.com. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Who processes it. Squarespace hosts the site and processes the data above as our service provider, under its own privacy terms. If we ever add a service that collects more, this policy is updated before that goes live.
How long we keep it. Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your message and for reasonable records. Analytics: per Squarespace's retention defaults.
Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask a question about this policy — email rod@verstoa.com and we'll handle it. You can control cookies through your browser (see Cookie policy).
Changes. If this policy changes, we post the revised version here with a new effective date.
